Our Wedding Design & Coordination experience is designed for couples who want to be actively involved in planning their wedding, while having an experienced planner step in to guide the process, refine the details, and bring the full vision together. Your experience begins with an initial Kickoff Consultation, where we’ll introduce you to your personalized Planning Playbook and Planning Portal—the tools we’ll use to keep your plans, design, details, vendors, and logistics organized throughout the planning process.
 

Six months before your wedding day, your planner officially steps in at a full-service pace. From there, we’ll work alongside you to develop and refine your wedding design, coordinate with your vendor team, build out the timeline, manage logistical details, and ensure all of the moving pieces are thoughtfully considered and seamlessly connected. You’ll remain involved in the decisions that matter most to you, while we take on the planning and coordination work needed to bring everything together.
 

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll oversee the final details, coordinate your vendor team, and ensure your plans are executed exactly as intended. On wedding day, your planner is there to manage the logistics from vendor arrival through the end of the celebration—so you can step into your wedding day feeling prepared, supported, and completely present.
