Planning a wedding is such an exciting project: however, what many couples don’t realize until they’re in the thick of it is just how many moving parts there really are: vendors to manage, logistics to oversee, timelines to stick to, and dozens of questions that pop up when you least expect them.​ If you haven't planned and executed a large event before, your wedding day is not the day to experiment. For some, putting their wedding day in the hands of someone else can feel scary: but I assure you, NO ONE is more fiercely protective of your wedding day experience than your wedding planner! My team is here to guide and empower you throughout the planning process, and execute your wedding day for you so that you, your guests, and your family are able to enjoy every moment of the day—because you only get one wedding day!!

This service is designed for couples "from away" who are traveling to New England for an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime wedding weekend experience.
Whether it’s a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, or a farewell brunch, we provide full planning and execution for up to three wedding weekend events, complete with a thoughtfully designed weekend itinerary of must-do's from a local's perspective! Every detail is tailored to your vision and carefully curated to highlight your love story, ensuring your guests enjoy a seamless, meaningful, and truly memorable experience from arrival to departure!

Full Wedding Planning & Design
Full Wedding Planning and Design is for couples that want professional guidance every step of the way — from selecting a venue to onboarding and coordinating your vendor team, to curating a comprehensive design plan that reflects the vision of your dream wedding day.
This luxury service is our most inclusive, providing a high priority, end-to-end planning experience for you and your fiancé, complete with wedding day execution, monthly meetings and a personalized planning portal. You will feel confident knowing every detail is handled with care and precision!

Wedding Design & Coordination
Wedding Design & Coordination is for couples who can handle the majority of planning their wedding solo, but could use the organization, clarity, and support of a professional during the final processes.
We step in six months ahead of wedding day to offer refined guidance, vendor management, planning guidance, and a cohesive design plan to transform your inspiration into an elevated wedding experience. This service includes wedding day coordination, and is complete with a 12-month planning guide, monthly meetings, and a personalized planning portal.
Investment of $6,500 USD
*Events hosting 150+ guests require an elevated level of service and are subject to a higher investment.
Wedding Coordination
This service, commonly referred to as "day-of coordination", is for couples who have the ability and excitement to plan their own wedding, but want to put an experienced wedding professional in charge on the big day. However, we do a lot more than just "day-of"!
Your HMW Wedding Coordinator steps in 4 weeks prior to wedding day to finalize logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all details are in order by collaborating with you on regularly scheduled meetings. On wedding day, our team will be present to curate and manage every moment—expertly managing vendors, guest flow, orchestrating a seamless timeline, and ensuring your design vision is perfectly executed, with every detail thoughtfully handled behind the scenes. This service includes a complete 12-month planning guide upon hire.

Wedding Consultation
This service is for couples who are handling their own planning but need a little expert guidance along the way. Maybe you're not hiring a full planner, but you’d love to sit down with someone who gets it—someone who has planned and executed many weddings and can offer expertise and insight into where you're at, where you're headed next, and how to handle it with grace!
You can think of this hour-long virtual meeting like a wedding planning strategy session. No pressure, no contracts, just one-on-one support from someone who wants you to move forward feeling calm, confident, and capable!
