Hi, I’m Haylee—the Founder & Executive Planner of Haylee Madison Weddings.

My love for weddings began in Nashville, Tennessee, where I worked alongside renowned planners and coordinated celebrations at one of the city’s most iconic all-inclusive venues. What started as a fun weekend job quickly became my true calling—and after three incredible years immersed in the wedding industry, I followed my heart (and my roots) back home to New England.

Now, I’m bringing that big-city experience, fresh creative energy, and deep passion for serving others to couples celebrating across Maine, Vermont, and beyond.

As a full-time wedding planner, I’m dedicated to creating elevated outdoor celebrations that feel romantic, intentional, and undeniably vibrant. My approach blends best-friend energy with expert execution—meaning I’m here to guide you, advocate for you, and handle every detail behind the scenes so you can be fully present on one of the most meaningful days of your life.
