Hi, I’m Haylee — the heart behind Haylee Madison Weddings!

I discovered my love for weddings in Nashville, Tennessee, where I worked alongside renowned planners and coordinated weddings at a historic all-inclusive wedding venue. What began as a fun weekend job quickly became my true calling, and three years later I returned home to New England to bring my passion and experience back to my Northeastern roots!

Since returning to the East Coast, I’ve taken the leap into full-time wedding planning, and I couldn’t be more excited to dedicate my time, energy, and heart into creating unforgettable celebrations for my couples! I truly LOVE what I do, and you will not find anyone more dedicated to making your wedding day the best it can be than your dedicated wedding coordinator (me)!

Whether it’s oceanside on the Maine coast, lakefront at a cabin in New Hampshire, or mountaintop at a Vermont ski resort, our team is dedicated to bringing each couple’s dream wedding to life. Our mission is to protect your wedding day experience, serve you with care and dedication, and do what it takes to make your celebration seamless and unforgettable! From the smallest details to the biggest moments, Haylee Madison Weddings ensures couples can fully enjoy their day — stress-free, present, and surrounded by the people they love most.
